Honorary Title "Meritorious Machine Builder Of The Ukrainian SSR".

Here is the Honorary Title "Meritorious Machine Builder Of The Ukrainian SSR" ("Заслужений машинобудівник Української РСР").

It was founded on 10th November 1969 and made by the Kiev Jewellery Factory. The award was cancelled in 1991, only to be resurrected in 2001.

Not great quality or condition but the price was right.
