A lot is still to be learned about these awards thats for sure. I tend to agree that some form of precedance must exit it's finding out what it is thats proving a little difficult :) The ribbon guide has some sort of precedance, it was made by observing the orders and medals worn on uniforms. If we had some good clear photos of different ranks wearing all their Orders and Medals we could compare them and start our own precedance research. Also one thing I find hard to belive is that commemorative awards are above military service/ merit awards it would be nice to have more infomation on these. best regards Eddie.
