Take a look on this. This is a medic badge, but I don´t know if it´s for civilian or military. The man who sold it to me says it´s military but I´m not so sure about that.
Note that the first and last letters of the CoA are completely gone:(

BTW, don´t know if the last character before the "b" is L or P.
