Here is a repro / modern copy Guards flag. I do not think it was made to fool collectors, rather I think it was used for display in a smaller museum or for parade use. The older flags do not hold up as well, so in the 1980's some of these were made.
The "Guards Flag" is for the 20th Guards Rifle Division. DougD |
