I was able to borrow this from the recipient for long enough to photograph it. I've blurred out identifying details at the request of the veteran who owns it. This was/is generally awarded to officers in the Uzbek Army, usually for combat actions (of which there have actually been many since '91) and sometimes for superb service outside of combat.

It's silver, and actually quite nicely made. The s/n was quite low (stamped in small numbers like later Soviet dupe numbers), and I'm guessing that not many have ever been awarded. I'm not sure I've seen the ribbon on any serving uniforms in Uzbekistan, so it's probably not a common award at all.
