Badge "Excellent" Bulgarian Civil Aviation.

Here is the Badge "Excellent". Awarded by Bulgarian Civil Aviation (Balkan Airways). Going by the design it will date from 1985 or later as Balkan Airways only adopted this logo in 1985.
