Hi Olivier. This is a service tunic for officer. But I'm not convinced by the grades on the cuff, difference of cloth colour.

It is a "number 3 service uniform" tunic for a naval lieutenant, circa 1980s. The sleeve badges should ideally be on blue cloth but I don't think it is too much of a problem that they are on black.
The uniform is not rare by any means (very few uniforms from the 80s are) but it is certainly harder to find than the standard ground forces officer uniforms. Many of these are being sold by unscrupulous, or unknowledgeable dealers as WWII uniforms. In fact, this high collar blue tunic was worn till the end of the USSR. Shawn |

Thanks for the info... I particularly like this one : I like the its shape and the contrast of gold buttons over the navy blue colour...

Is this jacket also worn for parade (Change shoulder boards/ribbons)? A website I went to refers to this as an "in formation" uniform. (parade) Also, was it always worn with the black visor cap, or also the white one? I assume the white pants were never worn, only the black.
