The first (a few thousand), were made by the Soviets. The following by the Yugoslav factory "Ikom Zagreb", which were recognized by their two punches in the back of the Order.

Ruiz,

I am afraid that you are confusing two different types:
. earlier, oval type which indeed was manufactured in the USSR
. later, star-like type (the one you show) manufactured in Yugoslavia
Here is a picture of both types.

Soviet mint never used hallmarks ;) on awards and early Spomenicas don't have hallmarks as well,but anyway they were made in Yugoslavia. Nice low number. Congrats!

It looks very much like a Soviet People's Commissariat Of Lines Of Communication Works produced award.

I´m looking for a 2nd version of this badge (and if I find a nice 1st version also :D), so I want to know about fakes of this item.
I didn´t see information about it, but this always scares me :o
