Badge "Vostok".
Here is the Badge "Vostok". Awarded to serving members of the Centre Of Special Operations "Vostok" of the KGB PMR. The "Vostok" were previously the Separate Battalion For Special Operations "Del'ta" until re-designation in 2012. Not a common sight at all.

Here is the latest Type. Removing the text and using an eagle emblem very similar to that used by Del'ta.
