Just tw docs to one officer.

1.Qualiffied specialist ID (for the specialist badges) - black cover version issued in 1969. Speciality given as Mechanic-driver of the PMS and LSL 3rd class.
Not sure what that vechicles were, but probably some heavy equipment.
He had the work practice of half a year

He got his 2nd class in 1972 with work practice of 2,5 years

Issued in 1973. Doesn't say if he was an inspector or head of the inspection (neither is crossed-out), but probably an inspector as hewas only a captain.
The photograph shows him as a lieutenant of construction troops.
