Captain Spas Todorov Zviskov.
Here is a Trio to Air Force Captain Spas Todorov Zviskov. I believe that this early trio may have been cherry picked for his set to profiteer although this set may be complete.
His Medal "For Military Merit" is the earliest documented awarding I have yet observed. 1951-03-10 Medal ''For Military Merit'' 1957-05-11 Order ''Red Banner'' 1965 Medal ''For Honourable Service To The Armed Forces Of The People's Republic Of Bulgaria'' 2nd Class

There is a high probability that all Zviskov's awards were for long service.
