Soviet political Officer's hat

Gents, I would like your opinion on this hat. Is it a GPW political hat?

It's NKVD/NKGB service hat. Not really a political officer. This one may be authentic, but better pictures would help, as those are commonly faked.

Inside of the sweatband, stitching details on the visor, stamp, and whatever else you feel like snapping.

Hi,
The cap is autentic but it is a post-war manufacturing.
This is a beautiful hat and if you can get it, do not hesitate at all !!!

Thanks Philippe, I already own it. It came with a large collection I bought because of a couple of Soviet orders. I don't collect uniforms so I had no good idea what it was. :) what year would you say it is made in?

There's a chance that a year would be stamped on the reverse of the buttons, but I doubt it in this case. I don't remember exactly right now, but the caps in this color scheme were used untill the time when the m1955-based uniform was adopted by the MVD - and that was either 1955 or 1956, but that reform was for sure introduced in the MVD a bit later than in the Army.
Anyway, if postwar indeed, this would be around 1945-1955

Hi,
Al-Muell member has summed. The colors of the NKVD and MVD change from regulation in 1955. Indicates that the buffer is a Moscow factory (23e workshop). References found in 1945.
It is therefore a manufacturing between 1945 and 1955.
May be slightly wetting the pad, you can see the date. It's still a very nice cap, and has kept its colors.
