Marshal of the USSR Chuikov

Here is the M1955 parade dress tunic of Marshal USSR Chuikov, the not well loved hero of Stalingrad (even Zhukov said he was a thug!).

The tunic is the very nice early postwar quality, almost that of the M1945. Has his 2 HSU holes, but they did not come out in the photo.

Soon to be on its way to its new home in Europe, I'll enjoy it while I have it; I hate giving this one up, reminds me of museum displays in Volgograd.

Wow. That'd be sick centerpiece to the collection, especially if you had a few pounds of metal to occupy the holes.

Great photo of Chuikov and unidentified Lt.General, General of the Army Luchinsky and General of the Army Bagramyan. Photo is in 1955; before Bagramyan was made a Marshal USSR but after Luchinsky got his fourth star.
