Badge "Excellent People's Education".

Here's the latest acquisition in my "Excellence in People's Education" badges and documents. This one is a 1986 set from Uzbekistan. The badge is considerably larger (about another cm longer) than the RSFSR version in a previous post. Other than that, it isn't terribly exciting since it's aluminum and pinback (no hinges or mint marks). But, it is part of my ongoing collection in this area.

Awarded on September 25 to Zinaida Leonova.
