Erik,

It is some imperial regimental badge. Unless you know what you are doing, I'd advise you to be extremely careful as these are very widely (and excellently) faked.

thanks I think it´s geuine. I´ve been collecting soviet stuff since 1989 and I have a good feeling about this one.
