Naval Air Force General's Service Tunic

Found this Tunic for sale and was wondering if it good. I thought Air force uniforms were the western style. I am new to AF uniforms any help would be great. Please let me know if you need more pictures.

This is for naval aviation, not airforce.
Does it have any rank stripes sewn onto the sleeves?

From the pictures he has I don't see any rank stripes on the sleeves.

Rank stripes never used on Naval AF officers uniform.
