Flag Of The Minister Of The Red Navy.

hi guys,

i bought this flag for my display case. i was just wondering if anyone would know what era is from & am i correct in thinking its some type of navy flag?

It is a very nice flag, I got one too somewhere. How large is yours?

i bought it off ebay, its apart of a job lot of stuff.. i was hoping to have it by now but it seems it will arrive on monday :(

it comes with this rope, any idea what its for?

The rope looks like something to decorate the flagpole at a parade.
But I am not sure.

i got the group today. also came with a standard stamped, metal flag top (i think its from the 1980's)

- i checked over the flag, seems like there are some marking on the edge. (maybe a date?) i'll post some photos soon.
