Badge "Union Of Cattle-Breeding Workers".

This badge was given to me in Susha, in early 90s by a villager after i managed to get a food convoy in during the Azer -Armenian conflict. I have never managed to work out what it is, but now emboldened by the presence of masters on this forum.

This is a badge for the union of workers in Cattle-breeding kolkhozes, made from 1932. My russian-english translation is not that great but remember I'm Swedish;)
