It certainly is a jumble of badges to start getting acquainted with the Soviet badge world.:)
Sports (competition) badges, blood donor badges and even a "Soldier Internationalist" badge (for service abroad, but especially common for Afghanistan veterans) and an MVD "excellent propagandist" medal/badge is an interesting group. Come to think of it, I never did find out a solid answer about why the MVD gave out that award, to whom and for what - exactly. It sort of reminds me of the KGB "laureate" award (one which I have been search for since I focused my collecting on the KGB/MVD a few years ago). Phillip
