Commemorative Medal "Vukovar".
Spomen medalja "Vukovar"/ Vukovar Medal
The "Vukovar" Commemorative medal is awarded to individuals who took part in the defence of Eastern Slavonia, Western Syrmia and Baranja and who participated in the peaceful reintegration of these regions into Croatia.

This Croatian Medal seems to be one of the rarest, apparently 800 awarded but a lot of recipients refused to accept the Medal for some reason and they were melted down.
Pictures are at the moment few and far between, here is a boxed example.
