The Polar Region document was issued on 23 February 1945. Hand-signed by Guards Maj. Volodin, commander of 114th Guards Long Range Bomber Regiment and shows unit stamp. States the rank of the recipient as Guards Sr. Sergeant.

The Victory over Japan document was filled out on 28 April 1946. It shows stamp of the same unit. Signed by Guards Maj. Karagol'tsev who commanded 114th Guards Long Range Bomber Regiment at the time. States the rank of the recipient as Guards Sr. Sergeant.

The Police 50th Anniversary document was issued by Kiev MOOP in April 1968. Signed by Police General Degtyarov, and addresses the recipient as Police Sgt. Maj. Panfilenko.
