Badge "100th Anniversary Of Railway Education".

Here is the Badge "VNVTU "Todor Kableshkov"/100th Anniversary Of Railway Education". VNVTU (ВНВТУ) stands for "Higher National Military Transport University" (Висше Народно Военно Транспортно Училище) the name of the "Todor Kableshkov" School from 1984-2000 so this Badge will date from 1984-1989. The school itself was not opened until 1st April 1922.
