Fake Medals for Combat Cooperation

This bugger is on Ebay for a pretty good price. Thoughts about authenticity?

mhm.. in my oppinion the ring looks to thin.

I tend to like it. Please try to post a large scan of the top part of the shield for confirmation.

As to the ring, I believe that it is OK. These medals were struck in several batches, so ring appearance varied. Now, if I am mistaken on this point and this is indeed a fake, it means that fakers now master the skill of making struck rings more than quite convincingly; a rather scary thought :(

Folks,
I'm not sure what causes my doubts about this "for Military Cooperation"...is it a different gold color of the shield vs. base? or too dark metal under guilding on the ring?
I'd appreciate your opinion.
