Here is the Badge "Excellent" in the "Head Office Of Roads". The administration of roads was of high priority in Bulgaria from the days of Knjaz Alexander, The roads were administrated by various ministries (including the ministry of finance). From 27th January 1936 the roads administration was a separate agency.
On 24th December 1952 the agency was formed into "Head Office Of Roads Under The Ministerial Council". The "Head Office Of Roads" remained an individual office when merged under the Ministry Of Utilities, Public Works And Roads on 1st February 1957.
