Here's an early Honoured Military Specialist badge. Later badges have a rectangular metal suspension while this suspension is cloth (ribbon). It is numbered 87 on the reverse; while the number is easily read with the piece in hand, the flash lighting has nearly obscured it. Sorry :-(

Pictured is Minister Of Defence 1992-2012 Stanislav Hazheev who was awarded with his Type 1 (extreme top left) on 20th February 1998 "For achieving high performance in combat training, education and training of personnel and services in the development and application of equipment, maintenance of high combat readiness of units and subdivisions of the Armed Forces of the Pridnistrovian Moldovan Republic".
