Re: Labour Award Decrees.
Long service awards could be "Summet f'nowt".
Yorkshire language should well be recognised throughout the Anglophonic world as the King James version of the bible was translated by a very Yorkshire heavy team and drew heavily from another Yorkshire based translation. I hear that book has been printed more times than the communist party manifesto. I do believe that the tiny list of only a handful of ukazs will soon explode but the full extent of ukazs for Labour awards is not known. With the small amount of information already presented it is starting to look as though the vast majority of awards will be for long service in currently overlooked civil services. Although I am constantly prepared for some amazing revelations.

Re: Labour Award Decrees.
A few more...
I see a lot of individual awards given for lifetime services (without indication to how many years of service) and given on the occasion of 50th, 60th, 75th, or 80th birthday. I knew Brezhnev gave himself lot of those birthday gifts, but he was not the only one who got those. Also, as per which awards was given to who, I see many cases where the higher valued awards were given to higher ranking people in the hierarchy of the civil organization and lower ranking medals went to simple workers, without consideration to length of services. Directors, Managers and Brigadiers got the Orders of Lenin, OOR,... while simple workers got the medals for Valiant Labor and Distinguished Labor. |

Re: Labour Award Decrees.
I do have 100's (if not 1000's) more of these covering all sorts of exploits but since everyone can research themselves (or no-one cares) that's it for now.
Za Rodina!

Re: Labour Award Decrees.
I enjoy civilian awards more than military and would be at some time like to research some of my civil awards. I would especially like to research a few of my Order of Friendship of Nations.
