Here is a 31st December 1932 dated document to Eleanora Artem'evna Merdinova, Bookkeeper issued by the Radio Workshop of the Department Of Border Guard and Troops Of The Plenipotentiary Representative Of The Joint State Political Directorate Of Central Asia in Tashkent for completing her course.

Another item proving that all the knee-jerk reaction and hysterical hype when OGPU/NKGB/KGB comes up is misplaced. Accountancy and anti-racketeering is pretty typical for "state security".
