Badge "XXX Years Of Performance".

I haven't posted any badges for a while, so I thought I'd share this one. It is for 30 years of performance in the Soviet theatre. It's gotta be my most beautiful badge. It is gold and it weighs 18.2 grams. It came in its original box, too.
