Wounded Soldier Badge.

Founded in 1956 the Wounded Soldier Badge was created to honour disabled and invalided Soldiers as Uncle Ho wanted to make sure the wounded did not feel "discarded".

Although there have been many chances for a Vietnamese Soldier to be injured with combat with the Japanese, French, The United States, Australia and other Vietnamese. This badge has come to me from the DPRK which could suggest that this was issued to a Korean who was injured whilst combating or advising in Vietnam.
