Awarded to Elena Konstantinovna Marmyzh for completing a course specialising in Pianoforte at Belgorod Musical Institute.
With the unusual name I've been able to track down the recipient (whom now has a married name) in Ashdod, Israel. Born 7th February 1946 and still kicking.
