MVD camp warden doc?

OK, the doc itself is MoD, but all the stamps are from MVD units, and the function is given as "Nadziratel'" which can as well be a prison warden as any kind of supervisor. Any thoughts?

In general, the doc is an extended serviceman ID, issued to 1913-born sgt. Porfiriy Filippovich Kontush of the MVD military unit 6600 in 1957.

Doesn't seem to be a fake. Although there is no info on Porfiriy on pn (not surprising if he was with the NKVD/MVD), two others sons of Filipp from the same city of Gorodok are on podvignaroda, born in 1910 and 1916 respectively, which makes it likely that he was their middle brother.
