Determined-To-Victory Military Flag Decoration.
This Decoration was established on October 27th, 1984, it is a long service medal and is awarded to personnel who have served the PAVN 25 or more years.
It has only the one class and is worn on the wearers right breast side even though it resembles more an Order (Orders are worn on the wearers left breast side) Image CO Dave Devine
