Welcome to the forum. If you are purchasing from the indicated dealer you have nothing to worry about. I have research on one with a serial number approximately 200 lower. The Lenin you've shown was probably awarded late 1944 or early 1945 and probability indicates most likely to a senior officer for 20 years long service.

The website these have been taken from very, very rarely offers a fake as a legitimate item (It has happened only once or twice that I know of and both of those items were removed from sale when they were realised to be fake).
However, their prices are a different story, although they have certainly come down a long way from where they once were. Orders Of Lenin awards for Long Service/Civilian feats usually go for just over their metal content. So right now a reasonable price is in the $1350-$1400 range. That being said I have seen half a dozen or so sell for under their metal value in more recent times, like the one I posted here for example and am still trying to get research back on (It's not military, MVD or labour according to "my man in the archive", which doesn't leave many other options).
