Awarded to Skender Rustem Zezes on 27th October 1979 be Decree #6002.

"For complete mobilisation for realisation of the tasks of the plan of the 35th anniversary of liberation of the nation, for organising labour, being a revolutionary worker, for doing work of good quality, becoming an example for others.

Here is a 3rd Class awarded to Dhiogjen Dhimo Papajani on 8th August 1966 by Decree #4165 "For good management and organisation of labour in the repair of the 4 year old steamer "Durrësi" done for the first time in our country."

The Durrësi was built by the Lenin Shipyard in Gdańsk in 1961 and needed to be repaired after a collision. After the repairs, the Durrësi travelled to Cuba in 1967. She was scrapped in Turkey in 1997. A 5,500 tonne cargo vessel.
