Here is the Jubilee Medal "80 Years Of Border Troops Of The Republic Of Belarus" (Юбілейны Медаль «80 год Пагранічных Войскаў Рэспублікі Беларусь») which was created on 25th February 1998 to be awarded to all serving Officers, Non-commissioned Officers (with five years service), former service personnel with 25 years service, Great Patriotic War veterans of Border Service units and to any other individuals who have contributed to the Border Services of the Republic Of Belarus on 28th May 1998.
