Badge "Excellent Aeroflot".
Pic is poor - unlucky placement of the stamp! - but might be recognizable to someone more versed in badges. The man is an "Engineer Captain – Technical Exploitation Section, Air Route Administration" according to his bio, working for both the civil aviation and RKKA during the war. On the lend lease route for aircraft coming from Alaska.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Re: Anyone ID this badge?
Hi,
I think a badge of Aeroflot. Look in the obverse No. 8, page 156, badge N° 765. Regards. Philippe |

Re: Badge "Excellent Aeroflot".
Here's mine. They are prestigious and expensive awards up to the 1960ies.
Curiously it seems to exist a transitionnal aluminium variation, unumbered.
