Belorussian Friendship Badge,

This painted badge commemorates the friendship between White Russia and the Vietnamese people. The inscription on the metal suspension reads: BINH TRI THIEN BELORUXIA (good freinds Byelorussia)
On the badge itself is the inscription NGUOI TOT VIEC TOT ( good people are good workers)
