Hello,

fits this "MONDVOR" screwplate to an early Bravery Medal or Military Merit Medal?

Diametre is 18 mm. Is is a silver one.

Are original screwplates for early Bravery Medals or Military Merit Medal made out of silver plated brass?

I encountered this bravery medal, but I am not very common with these, can anyone tell me it is real or fake and if it is real, the time period?

It looks authentic to me, in almost pristine condition.

It is one of the last 'types' minted, without serial number, and is from the post WWII period. Anywhere from the 1950s to 1980s. Because of its condition I'd guess later in that period.

Medals with such a ring were produced from the end of the 1960's up until the fall of the Soviet Union.

the ring before 1966 is soldered to medal

No, it is struck with the medal, but it is flat, not convex. Rings were soldered up until the middle second half of the 1940's.

When was the change of type exactly, and what does the type 1945-??? looks like(picture?)
