This is a GENUINE 1980's-era document that forger essentially destroyed when tried going for a WWII-era 1945 date.

It looks original to me. A rifle regiment is identified on the document. At a minimum you'd have to find out it's parent division, then Army, then you will know Front or "Army Group".

A Paul indicated, it looks OK, although seeing a higher resolution scan wouldn't hurt (I seem to have something against those signatures in red pencil).
