It is now over 3 months since he received my Paypal payment. I have contacted him many times and last time he took his valuable time to reply was 03-28.

I have offered him several times to send me a refund if it would be more convenient for him.

I'm still waiting, at least for a reply from him.

Shame that the purchase turned out this way. I was planing to buy more from him if everything worked well.

Im sorry Erik, I did not know that your order was outstanding. I'm hoping that he will address your order asap.

Great to hear that you guys got your most waited orders.

I wish I will soon get my February order too.. I also received the email asking some weeks ago for the address due to some pc-related problem, I really hope I will find it in the mail one of these days!

Eugene, please come on! In 2 weeks I will be changing my address..

Unfortunately I had no received any comunication yet. I would really appreciate any help from any fellow member who might personally know Mr. R.

I am finding myself in a bit of a problem since in little more than a week I won't be able for some months to pick up mails.

I have now given him one week to reply to my last e-mail and send me my order. If I don't hear from him, I'll start the process of getting my money back without his help.

Eugene, please just put it in the mail. Or if you are busy ask someone to do it for you.

I appeal for the fellas who still haven't received their orders. I'm not trying to cause any trouble but feel compelled to at least try to help them. These are fellow forum members. Eugene, it would be super to rectify these last remaining orders-just 3 more pls.

for me it's also 1 more week and i'll take course to obtain $ back...

It has been a week now (+ a couple days actually). No reply to my e-mail. I do not think that he has any intention of sending me my order. I have contacted Paypal. I'll give it some time and see what they can do.
Next step would be to contact the police.
