Paypal are pretty good. You have go through their protocol and you'll receive back your money after a certain period pf time.

Re: Eugene

Once again, I appeal for the fellas who haven't received their orders. Not trying to cause trouble but I can't just stay silent just because my order came.

C'mon Eugene, pls contact these fellas so they can get their orders or refund. They had faith in your website and merchandise, don't ya owe them the respect of delivering?

Re: Eugene

I'm confident that I received my order in part due to the help of the good forum members who know him and pleaded on my(our) behalf. Fellas, could you pls plead for the remainder of our fellow forum members?

Re: Eugene

Still no progress whatsoever. Not even the courtesy of a response to an email

Of course, paypal is now indicating that it's too late to file a complaint. Guess this is an incentive for not shipping quickly...

Re: Eugene

I'm sorry Bob, don't let one persons failure in integrity and honesty put you off this wonderful hobby. Not all dealers are like that.

Re: Eugene

Brendan,

It looks like you need to grow rapidly your new business to make up for defaulting dealers

It is particularly disappointing to see collectors new and experienced be treated with shall we say disregard, for want of a better word. Experiences such as this lead people to stop collecting form what I believe is a wonderful and rewarding hobby (for me at times an addiction).

In the past it has been Alexei and more recently Paul who has helped me expand my collection and my knowledge base. Dealing with people who are honest and have integrity make the hobby more relaxing, satisfying and of course giving you less of that fear factor about buying fakes.

I get steamed up about situations like this that just should not happen and because it has I started my site not in competion to others but to show that there are people who do care if you just want to spend a few bucks not just thousands.

By the way expansion is happening, thanks to ongoing unsavory circumstances like this

Just my rant and standing up for the little guys who just want some basic pieces for their collection
