Actually it isn't. The badge with the train is "To the Hero of January events of 1918 on the South-West Railroad".

Dolf, yeap, no doubts it's a fake/copy.

I have to agree - everything about this badge from bad patina to crude banner at the bottom, just screams "Fake!"
