Nogo, in my opinion. Look to the serif of the "K" in picture 2.
Moreover, I do not like the wiping traces on the front.

It is impossible to tell one way or another because there are simply not enough detail on the medal. If you buy a medal in such a condition, you can never be sure that it is genuine. Have you seen a good quality partisan fake??? In my opinion, this piece is worth no more than a piece of metal.

It seems to have been deliberately abused. There are some strange protrusions on the reverse that have not yet been abused away.

I would be extremely surprised if this were real and it would certainly raise even more questions.

I dont like it. Stalins face looks disproportionate to me and the back looks bizarre.

Sorry I cant say anything with conviction, but I am no expert. Lets wait to hear from others.
