Thank you Keith, Marsino and Bill, these are all extremely helpful.
Interestingly, Keiths awards that were from Estonia, show in my spreadsheet that they were awarded quite a long time after other close numbered awards, displaying the shipping batches off to different areas possibly? Cheers, Tom Last edited by Tommy; 01-16-2013 at 08:13 AM. |

The format is M/D/Y. Estonia got their all union awards in batches, perhaps many years' worth of awards at a time. In the 90s, it was not so difficult to find unawarded orders with consecutive serial numbers that had found their way into the markets.
I would not be surprised if due to distribution issues the correlation between date and number is not as close as you get farther from Moscow. Keith |
