I'll put here back of the citation cause it's not mine, you can see from the date that it was issued before GPW. It's the same like we know from the war.

$15 a go? I'd research absolutely everything.
Yeah, my previous researcher also reviewed his prices up. Looked for another and found. Send him also about 20 numbers even had no intention of researching them before. Also he was more productive and gave me two results that previous said that there is no information on those awards in the archive.

I have indeed seen a handful of citations from 1939 and 1940, but while these are pre-GPW, they are not prewar. Do you know of any pre-September 1939 citations?

I'll ask the person who offered this service. We are talking about Spain and Chalhin Gol conflicts, right?

Re: Soviet award research possibilities

I was talking about prewar citations in general, but among other conflicts the Spanish Civil War and Khasan and Khalkhin-Gol, yes. If citations for these awards exist than that would be news to me.

Re: Soviet award research possibilities

I just had a look though my inventory lists and I would be quite happy to research all 67 awards (mainly Red Stars) by serial that need researching at $15 a piece.
