Say, does anybody know if the Russian Federation gives them to their high ranking officers?
As in, have they created new daggers with the eagle and stuff on it?

Most daggers currently in use by officers are of the Soviet type.

I wonder, have they actually switched from the Soviet belt buckles too?
I saw in a recent parade that they still have the stars.

Oh I didnt know that.
I recently spotted some belt buckles coming out of Ukraine with the Russian army coat of arms(eagle version).
