They are not field shoulder boards, but rather shoulder boards for aviation junior officer white shirt. Can you make a photo of what the upper edge of the boards look like?

Could perhaps be naval aviation white service uniform boards as well.

These are for parade-walking out plain shirt. If you get one you could attach them to it if they´re not included.

Blue on white is shirt shoulderboards.
Blue on silver is for administrative personnel.

Yours are blue on white for the white shirt.

silver+ air force blue=technical air force personnel, but not at the time when this jacket was in use, and it applied for normal 4-sided boards. theese are 6-sided board for a white shirt
