Finally started to read some posts and found this area. I'm trying to see where my badge fits as there are so many variations. Thank you for your time!

I have only seen one other document like that, Paul. The following example is not in my collection. Here is the booklet issued to Guards Major of Cossack Troops Ivan Dmitrievich Aleksenko dated March 24th, 1943.

Here are two additional documents.

Memorandum dated June 10th, 1943 issued by the 150th Guards Destroyer Anti-tank Artillery Regiment awarding the Guards Badge to Guards Lieutenant Valentin Ivanovich Korenevich on April 6th, 1943.

Certificate for the awarding of the "Guards Badge" issued to Junior Lieutenant I. I. Pas'kov dated January 23rd, 1945 by the 1st Guards "Ul'yanovsk" Red Banner Order of the Red Star Tank School named after V. I. Lenin, No. 19, signed by Chief of the School, Guards Lieutenant-General of Tank Troops & Hero of the Soviet Union (#203), Vladimir Nestorovich Kashuba.
