Both types second types variation. You have three variations of that type-screwback,early horizontal pin type early revoked and late horizontal made type. Also maker marks different.Until 12000 range you have BK and IKOM marked and also duck in a square.Late ones only IKOM marks.
Good one and nothing wrong whit it.As Rusty said they were mostly returned so...One day someone find a catch of them and market is flooded. But also there is 60% of them damaged (enamel) or something missing. You have to understand that these were awarded during the war 1944-45 and fighters wore them whit pride in combat. So that's why there is so much damaged pieces.About the price it is always on you to decide is it high or low.But 100$ for very good (no damage) piece is reasonable for me. Ok lets try again.
You have ALLWAYS and almost on all order types-screwback,large or small disc, vertical pin one type and horizotal pins two forks sistem type.Type one which is same as on partisan award we see in that thread and second, early type also two forks sistem-one simmilar but different type of catch or closing sistem I dont know exact word for that. Also I seen few times vertical two fork sistem pin on Order for Labor I class, what is realy unusual but in existance.Second unusual type of that same order is also two screws on back positioned one above another whit two small discs. That second two screws is early type and vertical one is late seventies early eighties type.Ups yes I forget-there is also one type of Partisan stars I and II class which is revorked from screw to horizontal pin but I own only box for that type so I am not 100% is that type regular thick horizontal pin or two fork style pin???But at the end there could be also something else or some other type or variation we dont know yet... No these things are not so rare but you can find them here and there. They will allways be for sale in good and in bad conditions. Also the price reflect rarity (100 USD)...If more rare or almost scarce the price would be ten times higher,so NO these are not so rare. But in past there was periode when it was hard to find these types and nowdays you can find these more easlly. At the end you can still say that first type is fifty times raer than second type. And yes I think that there is no COPYS of that order out there.

Hello!
I'm glad to see the growing interest in the yugoslavian awards here in the forum! Althought this will lead to higher prices on the market :) I have a question regarding the first type of Partizanska spomenica. I have bought one a few weeks back and it has something written on the screwback but I can't read it because it's in cyrilic letters. The examples, shown on the first side of this thread don't have those words on the screwback. Does anyone knows what is it written. Maybe a mint mark or something? It is something like this: H.K.M.C. and W.M.3. but I can't write exactly the same because we dont have cyrilic letters on the typing board... |

I don't have a digital camera yet, so I can't provide pics. I will buy one ASAP... because I feel like I'm from the stone age :)
