BTW, the lowest serial number I ever had, but no longer have, was a Mongolian Order of Combat Red Banner 4th awards number 3. I think ih ave posted it's pictures somewhere in Mongolian section.

OLG3 No. 0855 with doc
I just picked up OLG3 no. 0855 w/doc from the original recipient's grandson. It's not as low as no. 0089 listed in this thread from 2003, but it's still pretty low. Apparently his grandmother had a consecutively numbered OLG3, but the grandson said it went into his grandfather's coffin on lapel a few years back (they mixed them up at the time).
